Nice looking brush. Handmade?

@Razor Burn , GD Dia was made thinking on spaniards (look that crazy spaniards were the biggest GD costumers out of USA)... I would have targeted it if carried duck or other wildlife tallow xD

@Mark1966 Stubborn? That soap could be use on daily basis without problem, always so enjoyable that make it a daily driver till the end would make really great shaves concatenated without missing any other soap!

Don't expect a shaving from me today... wake up a 4 am, and after the shower I found that part of the house roof has fallen. In one of the add-ins of the house; we have a big plant that grow outside through the wall, and are expert on finding small holes or even create them, and enter.... It is so nice when you are in the pool, from the backyard looks so nice, but hopefully it will be cut and removed soon. My home office this morning was shit!

@sealer - Yeah I've had my eye on some GD soaps since I received a few samples last year and since TSW had them on sale, I thought I'd try a tub out. Sadly I left things too late as a majority of the 'non-vegan' soap's were out of stock so I swapped to DiA and I can see why it's really popular - lovely scent profile :)

Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket
Razor: Merkur 34C
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (5)
Scuttle/Bowl/Mug: bloom pasta/shaving bowl
Soap: Grooming Dept.'s DiA
Post: Witch Hazel & Tea Tree Oil & Barber Shoppe balm

A lovely 3 pass DFS shave with the new soap and shaving bowl with excellent results. The added surface area allowed me to produce some lush, creamy lather and the trusty 34C did the rest! Looking forward to many a happy shave with this newl bowl and soap so see you all in the next SOTD

Nice shave. i cannot find much different on the use of the Emulsion. Maybe my skin is now more softer on that side, or maybe is just a self suggestion...

Soap: My Own (working title: Abbie & Grace Soapworks - King Shave)
Brush: M&F 32mm blond badger
Razor: Parker 567

Desperate to get two weeks of growth off my face. There is only one tool for the a job. Two passes, razor rinsed only twice per pass. I'd like to see you do that with a cart!

Lovely brush & razor, but more interested in the soap.
How was the performance of it? And scent please?

@RustyBlade It's a wonderful scent =). Mostly I get the Yuzu & Rose, making this a wonderful citrus floral scent. Thankfully, the patchouli is a background player because I can't stand the scent of it lol. Great spring/summer scent!

Prep:
Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Baum.be pre-shave gel
Brush: Tony Forsyth P&C LE 2017 Platypus
Soap: Saponificio Varesino Tundra Artica
Razor: UFO Goliath / ATT SE1
Blade: Schick Proline P-30 (3)
Post: Saponificio Varesino Tundra Artica Balm

A wonderful and very close shave. The lather from the SV soap was delightful, and the scent is really nice. Clean, crisp with a bit of zip.
Three passes and a couple of buffs for BBS. The matching SV balm also proved a winner - very soothing and with good scent strength.

Prep: Shower, Stirling Iced Coffee
Brush: Dogwood Handcrafts "Andromeda" - 26mm Maggard Badger
Razor: Merkur 34C
Blade: Polsilver SI (3)
Lather: Catie's Bubbles - Le Marche du Rasage - Soap
Post Shave: Catie's Bubbles - Le Marche du Rasage - Aftershave
Fragrance: Australian Private Reserve - Lightning Ridge - Eau de Parfum

Great shave today, even with my mild 34C. This brush is a looker and the knot is killer. Been harping on Dogwood Handcrafts for months to get into the dyed wood game and finally he caved. Dude is killing it right now with these brushes and I'm looking forward to what he has in store next. Decided to go with Catie's today since its been quite some time since I've used this stuff.

Razor: Vintage Gillette British NEW head on a Weber classic handle

Fragrance: Australian Private Reserve (APR) les généraux du grand livre EDP

And we are DONE!

How times have changes huh @todras (y)

Come a long way since you mixed that early tub of soap up. I'm actually a fan of those early labels and names. I might just have to keep this tub :)

[Double] posted here - The finished products sticky - because I'm really that excited :ROFLMAO:

Rockwell R4 w/Polsilver
TurnNshave full moon silvertip synth
EJ limes & pomegranate soap
Anherb balm

Fantastic shave!! Love the zesty/sweet scent of the ej soap.
How did the soap lather for you? I really like the scent but could never get even a half decent lather from the soap and ended up using it in the shower
