Have you seen the plan for ATT to release a slant SE razor? Not sure if the thickness of the blade will allow much torquing to take place. It's called the X1.
No, I hadn't. Sounds interesting - I had idly wondered about the possibility of an AC slant, until I actually held one of those blades in my hands. They are pretty thick and strong, especially the Supers. I guess if they use a strong enough screw, there's no reason why they can't twist the blade sufficiently. Not cheap, of course, but only a little more expensive than the Vector.

Wondering if @Errol has any plans to review this - according to ATT, pre-orders ship by March 31st.

Soap: Pb MnM
Brush: Bernard
Razor: Rex Ambassador (4)
Blade: Gillette Spoiler (7)
That’s the furthest I’ve pushed a DE blade and I won’t bother again. Yes it’s doable but why. If enjoyable is the goal then 5 is more realistic for the spoiler for me.

Pre-shave: Hot water, Pears soap
Brush: Forgotten Art "Tarkine" 26mm Tuxedo
Soap/Cream: TOBS Jermyn St
Razor: Razorock Hawk V3
Blade: Feather Pro Super
Post-shave: Shower, La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 and Anthelios SPF50

The TOBS really rewards you if you scoop out heaps, so you end up with LOTS of really slick lather. It's a cheap soap, so I can afford to be profligate with it. The Super makes quite a pugnacious partnership with the Hawk, so I'm sure it's perfectly possible to amputate the odd mole if I'm careless. As it was, I ended up with a super-efficient DSBBS in 3 easy passes.
