Pre-shave: Hot Shower, Proraso Eucalyptus and Menthol
Brush: Maggards 24mm synthetic
Soap/Cream: Haslinger Sandelholz
Razor: Lupo 72
Blade: Wizamet Iridium Super (1,2)
Post-shave: Alum block, Speedy brew
Fragrance: Blue Stratos EDT

I see what all the fuss is about with the Wizamet. Fantastic easy shave, smooth, never felt like I'd cut myself.

The first shave with it was the first time that I've done a shave two mornings in a row. Up until now, I'd been leaving it a day and a half, but I've decided that I enjoy the process of shaving more than I crave a perfectly smooth shave, so I'm cutting back to 2 passes and refining my technique so that I get a good shave that I'm happy with, and I can shave again the following morning without worrying about irritation. There were no knicks or cuts but I got a lot of feedback from the alum block. I may have gone a little harder than normal because I was excited about using a new blade, I'm not sure. The following morning there was much less alum feedback, so it seems that may have been the case.

The Gillette Old always impresses as does the Mike’s. My best shave in ages. Trouble-free, smooth, mildly aggressive. Amazing.

Pre: Shower
Soap: Wolfpac Ice Pac
Post: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel // B&M Lavender, Lime, Cedarwood A/S Splash
WTG, ATG, Touchups = DFS+

In too much of a rush this morning to take a pic so decided to give the Vector a rest and use the trusty Rocca + Minora SS and they're both by far my favourite razors to use!

Finished my first soap for 2022 and sad that Wolfpac are no more as the soap performed well without going too overboard with the menthol...

Stay Safe & Happy Shaves!

Pre-shave: Hot water, Pears soap
Brush: CaYuen "Watermelon" 28mm AP G5B
Soap: D.R. Harris - Lavender
Razor: Blackland Vector
Blade: Schick Proline
Post-shave: Shower, homebrew moisturiser, Avène Sunscreen Aqua-Fluid SPF50+, Stirling Bergamot Lavender EDT
COTD: Hamasil Village, Yemen

First time with the DRH Lav today. I knew what to expect by way of performance, as I have been immensely enjoying the DRH Windsor, but the scent of this caught me off guard. It puts me in mind of something you'd use to clean the bath. I'll persevere with it though, as I quite commonly don't care for first sniff of a product, only to find I can't bear to part with it later.
