Great shave

No idea of number of shaves on the blade or other details - but I have a pic today!

Pre-shave: Hot flannel, Pears soap
Brush: Troycraft "Opalesque" 28mm AP G5C
Soap: Vintage Yardley
Razor: Blackland Sabre
Blade: Personna GEM Stainless
Post-shave: Shower, homebrew moisturiser
COTD: Shakisso Estate, Ethiopia

According to a timeline I found, judging by the Royal Warrant, this soap dates from about 1949-1951. You'd never know it was a 70+ year old soap by the way it lathers... :love:

That knot suits the handle nicely. (y) One of these days I'm going to try Paganini's Violin. As some of you might remember, I have a bit of a thing for violins... :unsure:

def cant relax too much with this razor but attention to detail is rewarded with an incredibly close and smooth shave. MWF is tier 1 foe sure, not any harder to lather than any other soap and rewards with a luxurious lather

It's definitely worth a try. It's a very complex scent. yet it's just several similar scents mixed together. It's my favourite B&M soap at the moment, even Mrs Nanook loves it and God knows, she can be hard to please :ROFLMAO:
