If he's managed to track down and acquire one from Myanmar, I'd suggest that luck has bugger all to do with it! Hard work and perseverance yes, luck, no.

You are entirely correct. Google served its purpose, all I had to do was read past the first page of results. Not hard with for someone who knows how to read, but the soap did end up costing a bit more after postage than a local sale. In this case I was content to wear that, but it'll be the last time.

I'm not so sure I'm going to use it on my arse and all
but I fully expect it to be a RAD killer for some time. I'm probably going to have to take a sabbatical from shaving purchases next year, as I've been rather pushing the boat out for the last few months.I rather doubt if my impressions are likely to change much from my last experience with the WR4.
