Pre: La Toja Pre Shave Soap
Brush: Dovo Solingen Best
Razor/Blade: Progress,3.0, Feather
Soap: GFT Sandalwood
Post: GFT Sandalwood Skin Food
After: Ogalla Bay Rum and Sandalwood

Bit of a Sandalwood day today, a nice scent to start the week and I think the Bay Rum works very well with it.

Preshave: Musgo Real Glyce soap and Proraso sandalwood preshave cream
Razor: Weber Polished Head on an Ikon handle
Blade: Vintage Polsilver(3)
Brush: Kent BLK8
Soap: Acqua di Parma cream
Post Shave: Natio Balm and Old Spice SA
Three pass shave with no irritation and just pure enjoyment. The Kent brush is equally good at bowl lathering as it is face lathering. The Vintage Polsilver continues to mow down the whiskers with ease and the Weber is a joy to use. Great start to the week.

Well this soap was a lot different to the K Shave Worx which I was dissapointed in on application from yesterday This was awesome easy lathered application was just a breeze thick & dense no irritation whatsoever and post was good maybe not quite as good as some but good.
The scent was mild to me a little Barbershop scented which was really nice don't get me wrong on that

I have given my straights a rest for awhile as I've managed to score a solid dose of cold/flu germs and my concentration and coordination aren't as reliable as they should be. Last night was the Schick type E and it was a wonderful two pass DFS.

Soap: Kokum butter concoction with an excess of Lemon myrtle - wonderful.
Brush: A 60mm loft horse hair that is now 50mm after a hair cut. Bulb turned into a flat top - wonderful.
Razor: Schick type E - did I say wonderful :)

^^^^ the 'like' was for the shave @bald as - not for the cold/flu.

I trust you do not succumb to the dreaded ...

Thank you @Mark1966, that concise and dare I say thoroughly illuminating article has dispelled many thoughts drummed into me over the years -" it's just a cold so get over it" I didn't appreciate the genetics involved in the way I felt. All the time I just felt I was a wimp, retreating to my bed and needing the attention of others. Now I feel more confident to retreat to my bed knowing my demands are the results of my male genetic disposition to man flu. I don't feel stressed now emotionally attempting to justify hourly coffees and extra pillows.

Your care and concern in posting that article will not go unnoticed. When I regain some of my manly strength I will drag myself to the printer and create a bound copy of the article to give to my wife. It will obviously help her cope with her conflicts in this time of my need :) Actually as a caring 60 something male I will print this article out multiple times so she can give it to her many lady friends. It is just that I'm so considerate.

I have been struck down by "man flu" many times in the past and told to "get over it", Such bad advice, all I really needed was bed, coffee and Youtube. Young shavers take note !! :)

Glad you enjoyed the Eufros/Jabonman GEA soap.
The scent of GEA is very similar to Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male perfume.

Is that bottle for real not that I disbelieve but a twist between an hand grenade and lured model dummy

I don't have it but I believe it's genuine. It certainly looks exactly like you say!!! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I haven't, and I'm unlikely to shave tonight as I am deep in the thrall of man flu. My normal precise decision making has left me as I rock to and fro in front of the mirror. I still maintain survival skills sufficient to reject the need to rub anything with a sharp bevel brought close to my skin running the risk of marring my already weather worn countenance.

I may as a get well treat apply lather with my favourite brush, even though I will not shave. No, that would be pretty pathetic :)

Correct - go back to bed and DEMAND sympathy!

Good on you, Baldy. And take no crap re the "Men are all big babies (Man Flu)" vibe. It is shameless man-bashing, fuelled by society and the media. Additionally, medical researchers have proved beyond doubt that men suffer more severe symptoms than women from influenza viruses, primarily due to the antiviral effects of the female sex hormone estrogen.
